About the role
We’re looking for a Mid-Weight Product Designer with a love for design systems to join our Budapest studio. This isn’t the place where you churn out another function-heavy interface and call it a day. Here, you get to create work with contemporary aesthetics — the kind of projects you’ll actually want to put in your portfolio. Yes, you’ll design intuitive journeys, flows, and wireframes, and turn them into polished, development-ready screens. You’ll collaborate with product and development teams, work directly with clients, and deliver pixel-perfect solutions for both web and mobile. But more importantly, you’ll join a team with long-term vision. A team that works to international standards. A team that’s open-minded, curious, and genuinely rooting for each other. What You'll Do
- In short: turn complex business ideas into exceptional, beautifully crafted digital products.
- Design information architecture, interactions, content, and navigation across the entire product experience.
- Understand and apply insights from previous research to shape clear, meaningful solutions.
- Collaborate closely with UX teammates to integrate user insights with precision and intent.
- Connect with clients to truly understand their goals, challenges, and industry landscape.
- Deliver visually striking, pixel-perfect designs for both mobile and web applications.
- Create scalable, token-based design systems that support long-term product growth.
- Work with developers to find the balance between design ambition and technical feasibility.
What You'll Bring
- Fluency in Hungarian and English.
- At least 3+ years of experience designing digital products.
- Strategic thinking: the ability to untangle complex information and translate it into clear, actionable design directions that align with business goals.
- Mastery of industry-standard tools such as Figma and Miro.
- A strong foundation in design principles and aesthetics—typography, layout, hierarchy, colour, and composition.
- Deep understanding of design systems at scale, including tokenisation and system governance.
- Comfort collaborating in an Agile environment to define, design and ship new features with a multidisciplinary team.
